WIFH
Health and Wellness Paid Social
When Meta's platform-wide update swept up wellness and medical advertising, entire ad accounts — including WIFH's — were disabled overnight. Rebuilding required more than resubmitting old creative; it meant rethinking the brand's entire storytelling approach within newly tightened platform rules.
Compliant by design.
A content program rebuilt from the ground up to restore ad delivery while shifting the brand's message from aesthetic transformation to expertise and trust.
Program Strategy
-
Meta's enforcement update specifically targeted transformation-and-outcome-focused wellness messaging, the exact language most medical spa advertising relies on. Recovering ad delivery meant identifying which creative patterns had triggered enforcement and building a new content approach that could earn platform trust while still converting.
-
The strategy repositioned WIFH's message from physical transformation to education and provider expertise. This shift served two audiences at once: Prospective clients and Meta's content reviewers.
-
Worked directly with the client to research the specific creative and policy triggers behind the account suspension, then developed a strategic content plan organized by service/product line. Each line's messaging, hooks, and CTAs were built to stay within the new compliance boundaries while still speaking to purchase intent.
-
Wrote and designed the content, hooks, and CTAs for each service line's ad sets, with messaging calibrated per product based on awareness stage and offer complexity.
-
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with ongoing monitoring and monthly reporting on campaign analytics to catch any early compliance flags and guide the next round of content.
